Michael is a co-founder and Managing Partner at DeveloperTown, the founder of Tenant Tracker, and an investor and advisor in numerous early stage software startups. DeveloperTown is a consulting firm specializing in launching new software products for large and small companies alike, and they've been recognized multiple times as an Inc 5000 fastest growing company, and have won numerous awards for their products. Tenant Tracker is a software-as-a-service platform to help simplify tenant coordination for commercial real estate professionals, and has seen double-digit growth in both clients and revenues over the last two years. Michael serves on numerous boards within Indianapolis and the startup community, and he regularly writes and speaks on startups and software development. When not focused on technology, he runs a small hobby farm as an experiment to both unplug and spend meaningful time with his kids.
Michael is a co-founder at DeveloperTown, and the founding partner and leader of DeveloperTown Starts - DeveloperTown's startup incubator. Prior to DeveloperTown Michael has been a software developer and a serial entrepreneur involved in numerous startups, including – Quant Trading, a wall street bond trading software firm sold to Thomson, EnterAct, an innovative internet service company sold to 21st Century Telecom, Interactions which has raised $50M+ to transform the way companies like Apple Computer answer their phone, uFlavor dedicated bringing user sourcing to flavor, and Giggil devoted to helping not-for-profits benefit from recirculating valuable goods.
Julie is DeveloperTown’s COO, with more than 25 years experience in the industry. She is a scrum master and works with DeveloperTown and their clients to help their project teams remove obstacles that stop the team from making progress. Julie also supports clients by providing budget and project information, acting as business analyst and tester, and creating training and support documentation for applications developed by the team. Her specialties are in financial management and process mapping and optimization.
Jason is DeveloperTown’s Development Partner with over twenty years of development experience. Jason primarily leads the development teams while setting the technical direction for the company. His specialties are complex problem analysis, software development, and technical strategy. He coaches an elementary robotics team and has a lifelong passion for electronics engineering.
Randy is a Design Partner at DeveloperTown with seventeen years design experience. His background is a mix of startup and enterprise experience, including a working knowledge of what it really takes to test and validate an effective user experience. Early in his career Randy had the privilege to work directly with Donald Norman - a giant in the field of user experience. Randy has leveraged that experience, his project background, and the latest in design thinking to build a team that delivers world-class experiences via our customer’s products. Randy regularly writes and speaks on topics related to user experience and visual design.
